Operational ticketing workflows

Bringing ticket status, location context, and records from multiple systems into a focused operational view.

The context

Operational teams often work across separate systems to understand a single issue. The interface needed to preserve the ticketing workflow while making geographic and supporting data easier to reach.

Keep the queue scannable

Status, priority, and location context were organized for comparison so users could identify the next ticket without opening every record.

Pair detail with place

Map-linked context was treated as supporting evidence for the active record, avoiding a competing full-screen map experience.

Design for uneven integrations

Clear loading, empty, and error states allow each data source to communicate independently without making the whole workflow feel broken.

Observable outcome

The interface direction connects ticket review with relevant location and system context. Proposed ingestion components are not presented here as shipped implementation, and no unverified performance claim is made.

Reflection

Integration work is also communication work. The strongest frontend decisions made system boundaries understandable without exposing their complexity to the person handling the ticket.
